This is a month-to-month contact autopay plan that you can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel this membership after the month-to-month contract has expired, you must notify our sales department in writing 30 days prior to the expiration date. Booking Policies: By appointment only! Staff are not responsible for booking sessions. Up to 8 hours before the class, reservations can be made online. Late appointments: 10 minutes grace period. After 11 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and a $15 fee will be incurred. Cancellation policy: Class cancellations must be made 12 hours before the class starts. Within 12 hours before the class, you can cancel or reschedule using the Club Ready Members app: pilatesgoddessstudio.clubready.com. In order to avoid the full class fee, please contact us within 12 hours. A $10 cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance. $15 for no-shows. In the case of cancellation or no-show, your place will be forfeited to someone on the waiting list, with an additional $15 charge. The last-minute rescheduling fee is $20. The Pilates Goddess Studio reserves the right to cancel classes. You will be notified before class starts. Pilates Goddess Studio will honor your reservation and return any unused class sessions to your membership. Email support@pilatesgoddessstudio.com to cancel your auto-pay class package within 30 days. There is a $99 cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations without 30-day notice. Tuition will continue to be charged until the written notification is provided. Tuition is non-refundable. Packages expire 30 days after purchase. There are no refunds or transfers. No rollovers. We would appreciate a notice if you cannot make your appointment. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
