Late Appointments: The Grace Period is 10 minutes... The appointment will be canceled after 11 minutes, and you will be charged for the entire class. Cancellation policy: Cancellations for group classes, private, duets, and semi-private sessions must be made with 12 hours notice prior to the start of the class. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled using the Club Ready Members app: pilatesgoddessstudio.clubready.com or by contacting us by phone, text, or email within 12 hours before the class. Please notify us within 12 hours to avoid the full class fee being charged. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $15 fee. Failure to cancel and no-show will yield your place to someone on the waiting list, with the entire class fee and the additional $15 charge. A $20 additional fee will be charged for last-minute rescheduling. Pilates Goddess Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. You will be notified of the cancellation prior to class start time. Pilates Goddess Studio will honor your reservation and return any unused class session to your membership. Expiration of Class Packages: All packages expire 30 or 60 days from the date of purchase. None of the sales are refundable or transferable. Rollover credits are not permitted.
