16 (sixteen) small group training sessions to be used in Elite's STRENGTH-based sessions OR Elite's S.P.A.R. (Speed, Power, Agility and Reaction) sessions. Sessions must be used within a 4-week month.
If you need to cancel your training session, please note we require 24-hour advanced notice. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to cancel any future sessions. Should you miss a session and/or not afford us the courtesy of a 24-hour advance notice so we can offer your time slot to another client/athlete, we reserve the right to charge you a fee.
