The All Access + Unlimited Reformer Pilates Couples membership offers the same extensive benefits as the individual plan but is designed for couples in a committed relationship living at the same address. Both members will have open access to the gym, boutique fitness classes, and unlimited reformer Pilates. Additional perks include full use of locker room amenities, such as the cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and towel service. The initiation fee is waived ($199 value), and this month-to-month membership offers flexibility. Proof of address and a shared payment method are required. For couples, this membership includes one reformer Pilates add-on. To add the second person, please email memberships@thehealthclubclt.com.

If you wish to cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is required. This notice must be sent to memberships@thehealthclubclt.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Once your cancellation notice is received, your membership will remain active for one final billing cycle, after which it will automatically terminate. Please note that phone requests are not accepted.
