PLEASE READ!!! Program Description: 10 week program including 20 session credits for Rookie Sessions. Dates of Program: Jan 6th,- March 15th, 2025 Session Selection (NEW): Athletes will select 2 sessions at the START of the program and will be expected to attend those selected sessions each week to manage scheduling and ensure availability. Please select either Monday OR Tuesday as your first day and select Wednesday OR Thursday as your second day. This will ensure your athlete will have 2 different training sessions to have well-balanced training program. Strength sessions are small group training sessions with up to 10 athletes / coach / session. Each athlete will receive an individualized strength and conditioning program which will be completed at each session. Athletes will be tested in sport-specific tests at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of the program to track progress. Athletes will be training under the supervision of a strength and conditioning coach. Athletes are expected to arrive on time for the start of the session and will train for the entirety of the 60-minute session.
Cancellation Policy: Canceling / Rescheduling Sessions: If an athlete needs to miss their regularly scheduled session, they can reschedule to another session within the same week. They must inform Elite BEFORE the start of their originally scheduled session via phone or email. No-Show Penalty: Missing a session WITHOUT rescheduling prior to the start of the session will result in the loss of the session. Vacation: Please inform Elite prior as early as possible to reschedule the sessions that will be missed while you are on vacation. Injury/Illness: Please inform Elite as soon as possible to discuss potential options to reschedule sessions due to an injury or illness.
