Previously MAX Fitness the FIT LIFE ACCESS membership gets you access to our clubs cardio, weights (free&machine), lockers rooms, showers, and saunas!

The membership is a month to month membership that can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day notice after the member has completed their first 60 days of membership. After 30 day notice is given amounts billed during that 30 day period are stilled owed and due in order for the account to be cancelled.
