This article will guide you though generating your Payment Type Breakdown report. This report breaks out payments by payment method - the totals can include sales taxes. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
Generating The Payment Type Report1. Generate Report ![]() Navigate to Reports > Sales > Pay Type Breakdown. Select the date range you want to analyze. Click on Run Report. 2. Analyze Data ![]() Payment Type will show the percentage and amount for Credit Cards Through ClubReady, eCheck / ACH, Gift Card Redemptions, External Terminal, Written Check, and Cash. Payments From Client Credit is shown below the totals, as this is not an actual payment in this date range. To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
