P I Q Members App
This article will guide you through accessing and navigating within the PIQ Members App.

Requirements - An Apple (App Store) or Android device (Google Play) that has access to the internet.



Accessing and Navigating within the PIQ Members App






1. Logging in and / or creating a new account 


After downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play, you will be brought to the Login page upon opening the app. If you already have an account, enter in your Email and Password and click LOGIN. If you do not have an account, click SIGN UP NOW. Additionally, there will be a drop down menu that will allow you to select other club locations within the chain. 





If you are creating a new account, enter in your Profile InformationPersonal information, and Contact Information. Once the fields have been filled out, click Sign Up.


2. App Home Page





After signing up and logging into the app, you will be brought to the Main page. From here, you will be able to Book ClassesBuy Classes and schedule Bookings. If you navigate away from this page, you will be able to return to the Main screen by clicking the 3 lined button located in between Membership and Profile


3. Membership





If the club utilizes a Check-In scanner, you will be able to access your barcode by clicking Membership on the bottom left side of the screen. 


4. Profile





If you are needing to make adjustments to your Profile or view information related to your Profile, you will be able to do so by clicking the Profile button on the bottom right of the screen. From this page, you will be able to adjust My Profile InfoMy Billing Info,  view My Purchases, view My Credits that are on the account, Change Password, or Logout.
