Troubleshooting: Staff Not Showing On The Grid View
This article will guide you through troubleshooting and finding the reasoning behind a staff member not appearing for bookings on the Grid View. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
  • Setup: Can access setup
  • Scheduling: Can access scheduling 
  • Scheduling: Can reorganize staff in scheduling grid
  • Staff: Can access staff member scheduling options  



Why Is My Staff Not Showing On The Grid View? 



1. Staff Scheduled 





If your staff member is not showing on the Grid View, first, navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Staff Scheduled. From here, verify that the staff member is under the Employees Assigned column (right side). If the circle is grey, this is an indication that the staff member is not Enabled For Scheduling. If your staff member has already been added to the Employees Assigned, click the staff member's name to adjust their Scheduling Options. 










Once you have clicked the staff member's name, you will be brought to the Setup A Staff Member For Scheduling page. From here we will want to verify that the staff member is Enabled For Scheduling, can Provide  at least one Service and has Availability setup. 


2.  Enabled For Scheduling





 Make sure that the Enabled For Scheduling slider is set to YES


3.  Available Services - Can Provide





Under the What Services & Classes Can (staff member) Perform? chart, make sure that at least one Service is enabled. Once the Service has been enabled, the Service type will then be highlighted green. 


  4.  Availability 





If you have confirmed that the staff member is Enabled for Scheduling and is enabled to Provide at least one Service, but they are still not showing on the Grid View, scroll down to the (Staff Member's) Normal Work Hours. From here, make sure that the staff member has Availability setup. Times that are highlighted in yellow are indicating that the staff member is Available at that time. 


5.  Organize





If you are able to verify that the staff member is Enabled For Scheduling, at least one Service is enabled and Availability is entered, it is possible that the profile has been disabled for the Grid View. To adjust this, navigate to Bookings > Grid View. From here, click the organize button, located directly to the left of the first Staff Member listed within the Grid View. 





Once you have clicked Organize, make sure that the show on grid slider is set to Yes. 


6. Show All Scheduled Employees / Date





If all of the Scheduling Options have been verified as being setup correctly, the issue may lie within the current filters set on your Grid View. Within the Show All Scheduled Employees dropdown, you will be able to specify staff members Only Who Provide a specific ServiceIf an option aside from Show All Scheduled Employees  is selected, make sure that the staff member is enabled for that specific Service. Additionally, there is a filter to select specific dates. If the staff member is not showing on a particular day, make sure that the Availability is setup for the day of the week that you have selected.
