Adding Staff As A Cc On Class / Service Booking Emails

This article provides each step needed to carbon copy staff on system emails.

RequirementsA Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:

  • Club Setup: Can access setup
  • Club Setup: Can access system emails setup

Accessing Email Defaults



To access this screen, navigate to Setup > Communications > System Emails. To edit email settings click on the edit pencil next to the system email you want to adjust. 




This will expand to view the email default settings. Choose for the setting Email and Reply To Address Options to Send from default but cc who booking is with. Click Update This Email Type to save changes.
