Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I change credits for a one-on-one service credit to a class credit?Yes. Service & class credits are available to be selected from the options list. A service credit can be changed to a class credit or vice versa.
- Does the credit duration have to match between my old & new credit type? No. Like your service & classes, you are able to select any option from the list. A 30 minute credit could be changed to a 60 minute credit, for example.
- My customer is receiving the wrong credits every month. How can I change the type of credit they are receiving each month?Your invoice is releasing credit types based on invoice & sales package settings. If your customer has a recurring invoice releasing credits & you would like the customer to receive a different type of credits, the invoice type would require a change. Your best solution is to cancel the existing agreement in place & sell the customer an agreement which releases the proper credit type moving forward.
