Add Products To Point Of Sale Shortcut Pad
This article will guide you through adding a product as a Point Of Sale (POS) shortcut.

Requirements: A Master Admin or Staff Admin Type with access to the following permissions:

  • Club Setup: Can access setup                                         
  • Club Setup: Can access POS terminals setup

Accessing POS Terminal Setup




To access this screen click Setup > Sales > POS Terminals. Click on the pencil icon to access the setup for the POS Terminal. 




Adding Product Shortcut




Clicking on the edit pencil will take you to the General Settings by default. To access the POS shortcuts click on the POS Shortcuts tab. To select the desired product you can click on the product category drop-down or search by name. Select the product from the list. Once you select a specific product a Pad menu will appear.  Select the number on the menu that matches the shortcut pad number.




Product Shortcut Options




Once you select the shortcut pad a new menu will appear. Select whether you want to use an image (selected by default) or select the text option and type in what you want to appear for your POS Shortcut. Click the OK button to save your change

Verifying The Shortcut




Now that you have completed the steps you will have a POS shortcut item in your POS.
