Set Automatic Rules For Unlogged Bookings
This article will guide you through having any unlogged bookings either log or cancel after a certain amount of days.

 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or Staff Admin Type with the following permissions:

  • Club Setup: Can access setup 
  • Club Setup: Can access scheduling general settings


Accessing Scheduling Settings




 


To access the Unlogged Bookings setting. you will need to click on Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings. Once you are on the General Scheduling Settings screen, scroll down to the Unlogged Bookings setting.  The three options under the Unlogged Bookings drop-down are Only Use Settings On Service Or Class, Automatically Log As Complete (can be overridden), and Automatically Cancel (can be overridden)


NOTES:

  • By default the option for Only Use Settings On Service Or Class is selected which will leave sessions or classes unlogged until they are logged through the web kiosk (only happens day of appointment) or a staff member manually logs the session. 
  • Automatically Log As Complete (can be overridden), and Automatically Cancel (can be overridden) are explained in more detail in following steps.
  • Once you have changed the Unlogged Bookings setting scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Update button to save your change.



Automatically Log As Complete Option


 




The second option in the list is Automatically Log As Complete (can be overwritten). Selecting the option will make a day drop down appear which will have After 1 Days selected.  This means that the site will log the session/class one day after it was scheduled.  If you want additional time to pass select another day increment from the drop down.

 

NOTES: 

  • The log feature will credit the trainer/coach for the session/class.  The credit will be deducted from the clients existing session/class credits
  • Select the Update button to save your change.



The Automatically Cancel Option




 


The last option in the list is Automatically Cancel (can be overridden). Selecting the option will make a day drop down appear which will have After 1 Days selected.  This means that the site will cancel the session/class one day after it was scheduled.  If you want additional time to pass select another day increment from the drop down.

 

NOTES: 

  • The cancel feature will grant the credit back to the client for them to re-use at a later date. The trainer/coach will not get credit for this session.
  • Select the Update button to save your change.
