This article will guide you through creating
commission tiers for different staff types. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Setup: can access setup
- Setup: Can access commission tiers setup
Creating Commission Tiers

To create commission tiers, go to; Setup > Staff > Commission Tiers. The first line informs you that current option for calculating commissions are done per
month. The settings are described below:
Applies New Tier To - Select the
Staff type you are wanting to add a commission tier for.
Commission Tier ($ Invoice Sales) - Enter an invoiced sale range that will be earning a commission. For the last tier you have the option of selecting that there is no limit.
Tier Commission % - Enter the
percentage of the commission for this tier.
Multiplier For Paid In Full Agreements - If an agreement is paid in
full, a bonus multiplier can be applied.
Add New Commissions Tier - Click to save your changes.
