Log A Class Booking
This article will guide you through logging classes for clients.

 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or staff type with the following permissions: 

  • Scheduling - Can access scheduling
  • Scheduling - Can log off completed booked class sessions
  • Scheduling - Can log off completed booked class consults (optional)
  • Scheduling - Can log off class bookings with no note (optional)                                                                                         
  • Scheduling - Can log off completed booked sessions for other staff members (you may want this permission for staff that manage training and classes)


Accessing Class Bookings



To access this screen click on Bookings > Classes option. Locate the desired class and click on it.


There are 2 ways to log a class booking: 

Option 1 - From Class Detail View




Once class has been selected, this will prompt the list of class attendees. Click the Show or No Show button to log the booking. 

NOTE: This is available for all bookings including those that have no session credit tied to them. This will allow classes booked with external applications like GymPass and ClassPass to be marked as Show or No Shows.



Option 2 - From Client's Booking Details




Clicking on the class will open up the class detail screen. Locate the client that you wish to log their session and click on the blue booking id link.




Clicking the booking id link will open the Detail tab under for the clients booking. Click on the Log Off tab. Select whether the client completed the booking successfully or did not show up. Place an option note if desired. If the client was booked into the class without a session credit your staff will have the chance to create an invoice so the club can be paid for the session. When you are ready to complete logging the session click the Log The Booking button to continue.
