This article will guide you through uploading a file
to a client's account. Client files can be access by prospects/members/customers if they have access to their portal. Requirements - A Master Admin or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Member
Management: General - Can access member options
- Prospect
Management: Can access prospects
- Member Management: General - Can upload files for individual clients
Upload A File Into A Client's Account
Accessing File Upload For A ClientOPTION 1:

Under Prospects or Members/Customers search and select the desired client. There are a couple of options available on how you may upload a file to a customer. Click the Files tab above the customer name. You may now drag the file from the folder where it is saved on your PC and drop it in the files box or click the files box to search and select the file saved on your PC. The file will appear on the page as a link which can be selected to download the file. Also record of who added the file and when the file was added is located to the right of the file link.
OPTION 2:

Click the All Detail button for additional management
options.

Now go to General > Upload Files. The Upload Files link will advance you to the
customer file upload screen. Browse and
select the desired file to upload. Enter An Optional File Description if you desire. Click the
Upload button to start the upload. Once
the file is uploaded, it will display on the bottom portion of this screen along with who upload the file and the date of the upload.
NOTE: Client files cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Member / Customer's Access To A File
From the Home page, go to Files > For Me Only. The client
can see files personally loaded for them. The file name is a link that they can click on to open and view the
file.
