Sms Text Communication Settings

This article will guide you through your SMS Text Messaging Settings.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
To access SMS settings, go to Setup > Communication > Communication Settings and locate the SMS (Text Message) Settings section.
Club Friendly Name - Type in the name you wish your members to see when sending a text message. This name will appear in the body of certain text messages.
Max Promotional SMS Per Week - Set the maximum number of promotional texts per week you will send your customers. This number will be reflected in the Communication Preferences Email new users will receive when entered into ClubReady. Members/Leads will have to opt-in to promotional text messages before receiving any.
Collections Phone Number - Type in the number you wish your members to call when sending out a text blast to past due members.
When you are done making changes click on Click To Update General Communication Settings to save.
