Configuring Active X In Internet Explorer For ClubReady Hardware



1. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 11. Google Chrome and Firefox Active X plug-ins are NOT supported.



2. Go into Tools (Alt+X) and click on the drop down box then scroll to near the bottom and click on Internet Options







3. Within the Internet Options box open Security Tab and choose Trusted Sites and then click the Sites button







4. This will open the Trusted Sites dialog box, type in the two sites as you see them in the image below and uncheck the check box "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" located under the dialog box. Click Add then click Close.







5. Now once you have clicked Close you are returned to the Internet Options Security tab. Click the Custom Level button.







6. A list of Settings with disable, enable, and prompt will appear. Scroll down to Active X control and plug ins section. Enable all options under this section. Click OK to save and close this box.







7. Click OK when you are returned to the Internet Options box.






8. Navigate to this page and make sure you have 3 green check marks and allow all plugins always - http://www.clubready.com/apps/installprocess/postest.html
