This article will guide you through the process of manually converting a prospect to a member.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Prospect Management: Can access prospects
- Customer Management: General: Can Access Client Options
- Customer Management: General: Can Change Customer Status
Accessing The Client's Edit Membership Status Area

Select the Customer/Member tab and once a customer has been selected click on All Detail > General > Edit Membership Status.
Changing Client's Membership Status
Member Since Date - Enter in the date when this prospect became a member.
Membership Expiration Date - Enter in their membership expiration date.
Membership Prospect Type - This will be the current prospect type. After converting to a member, you will have the option to select an Internal Prospect Type.
Add A Note - You
must add a note here in order to complete the update. The notes here will help keep all staff update as to why this client was manually adjusted.
When you are done making changes click on
Update Status. The prospect will now move to the Members tab.
