This article will guide you through the process of creating an email template to use to send clients their Pincode. Requirements - A Master Admin login or
staff type with the
following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access email templates setup
Accessing Email Template Setup

To access this screen click on
Setup > Communications > Email Templates. Enter a name for the new template and select the
Create A Blank Template, Clone A System Default, or Clone An Existing Template. Click the button
Add The New Email Template to generate your new template.
Verifying The General Settings For The Email Template
Clicking on the button Add The New Email Template will advance you to the General tab. Click the check box for the option can be selected by staff so the email template to be selected by staff for email blasts. Next verify that
the [unsubscribe] tag is included in your cloned template. Click the Update button to save any changes you have made to this screen. Click the Editor tab to continue to the next step.
Adding The Pincode Tag

Clicking the
Editor tab will open the editing screen for your new email template. The formatting tools bar is located at the top of the text/editing screen. Click in the editing area of the screen and type your message and modify the font, add images just like you would in any word processing program.
Click on the screen where you want the tag [pincode] to appear. Manually type or select the tag from the insert a tag drop-down list. If you
do not have the [unsubscribe] tag insert it wherever you wish for it to appear. Click the SAVE button to update all of your
changes.
