General Overview Of The Check In Monitor

To get to the Check-In Monitor click on Main > Check-In Monitor

1. Manual Check-In

The Manual Check-In allows you to use a barcode, Pin Number, or even the first or last name of a client to manually check them into the club. If you are part of a multi-club environment, use the Across All Locations check box to lookup members from across all clubs in a chain. The check-in monitor does not allow for past check-ins. In addition, it does not allow check-ins to be deleted.

When performing a search, you will see icons indicating if the client a prospect, member, or expired/inactive. You will also see if they are PAST DUE or in 3RD PARTY collections status.

2. Staff Note

The Staff Note section can be used to communicate a message to staff members monitoring the Check-In Monitor. An example note may be a Happy Birthday message or a reminder to update their photo.

3. Check-Ins Today

The Check-Ins Today section will show the total count of members that have checked into the club for the day.  A green background at check-in indicates the member has an account in good standing. A red background would indicate an issue with the account which may prompt a need to seek a staff member for resolution.

4. Member Information

The Member Information section will show the members that have checked into the club for the day. The most recent check-in will appear at the top of the page. This view will provide the following information: Name, Membership Status, Time of Check-In, ID number, Membership Type, Recent Non-Product Payment, Next Payment, Remaining Payments, and any Past Due Payments.

If the client has any type of issue or problem with their account, their checkin box will appear red. Take action items will be outlined in red. In the example above, this member is $25 past due and has no payment method on file.

Additional actions may also be taken in this section. These include:

POS - This will select the member in the point of sale. In the example above, the POS icon is highlighted because the member has a past due balance.
Bookings - Will show any appointments for this client today or upcoming and also will list a count of available session credits.
ToDo - Here you can enter in a task for a staff member to perform that is tied to this client.
