This article and video will assist you with adding a key note to a client's account.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Customer Management : General - Can access client options
- Customer Management : General - Can edit prospect / client key notes
Adding A Key Note
1. Add Key Note From Client Summary Page

Key notes are great way to have important customer information easily visible to staff. To add a new Key Note to a client's account, select their name from lookup and click on the
No key note yet +.
If there is an existing key note select the
edit pencil next to the existing key note to add to or change the key note.
2. Add Key Note From the Notes Tab

Key notes can also be added from the
Notes tab. Click on the
Notes tab after searching for the client name, then click on
Key Note. Add in the key note details and click on
Update Key Note.
NOTE: The maximum number of characters allowed for a key note is
500 characters.
