This article will guide you through how to use the Telephone Inquiry Widget.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the Telephone Inquiry Widget on their dashboard and/or the permission to unlock their dashboard.
Viewing The Telephone Inquiry Widget

This action widget allows you to add a new prospect and classify them as the contact type Telephone Inquiry. Later you will be able to filter your prospects by contact type; under Prospects > All Contact Methods.
NOTE: if you are a LeadSpeak club, you will see the contact method as an available filter and/or detail when on your Lead Management Dashboard on your Leads and Activity categories. For more information on navigating your LeadSpeak Lead Management Dashboard, click here.

After you add a new prospect, you will have a few options as to how you want to proceed.
Work It - This will bring up the work it tool, allowing you to immediately log a contact with this new prospect.
Select A Quick Link - This drop-down allows you to select to go tot the following pages: Make A Purchase, Prospect's Home Page, Prospects Goals Page, Prospects Nutritional Page.
Reset - This will reset back to the add form for adding a telephone inquiry.
