Select An Alternate Email Template When Sending An Email Blast

This article will guide you through selecting a different email template other than the default when sending an email blast.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or staff type with the following permissions:
1. Access The Email Blast Screen
When sending an email blast you will first want to determine your target audience. Email Blasts can be sent to Prospects, Customers/Members, or Past Due Members.
Prospects can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Prospects Tab > Email.
Customers/Members can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Members Tab > Email.
Past Due Members can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Cust/Members Tab > Manage Past Due Customers/Members.
You can narrow down your target audience by applying additional filters to your list.
2. Select The Email Template
On the email blast page, click on change template to select a new email template you would like to use for this blast.
Once you have selected your email template from the drop down list, click on Use This Email Template Instead.
You can click on view template to ensure that this is the correct email template for this blast. Now you are ready to enter a subject, text if needed, and send the email blast Now, In 2 Hours, In 4 Hours, or even Schedule It For Later Date.
NOTE: If the email template chosen contains a [Content] tag you will need to add some sort of content in the content box area before the email blast can be sent.

- Prospect Management: Can use alternate email templates for prospect email blasts
- Member Management: General: Can access client options
- Customer Management : Communication: Can bulk email clients
- Customer Management : Communication; Can use alternative email templates for past due manager email blasts
- Customer Management : Communication; Can use alternative email templates for customer email blasts.
Selecting An Email Template For An Email Blast
1. Access The Email Blast Screen
When sending an email blast you will first want to determine your target audience. Email Blasts can be sent to Prospects, Customers/Members, or Past Due Members.
Prospects can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Prospects Tab > Email.
Customers/Members can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Members Tab > Email.
Past Due Members can be sent an email blast by clicking on the Cust/Members Tab > Manage Past Due Customers/Members.

2. Select The Email Template
On the email blast page, click on change template to select a new email template you would like to use for this blast.

3. Complete The Email Blast
