Reports - Email Metrics
This article will guide you through generating the Email Metrics Report. This report will show you data relating to automated system emails as well as manual Work It emails. 

RequirementsA Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
  • Reporting - Can access reports
  • Reporting - Can access Email metrics report

Automated Email Metrics


There are two tabs of reports: Automated Email Metrics and Work It Emails.  The Automated Email Metrics report will list automated system emails sent out by ClubReady and information regarding number sent, opened, bounced, and more.





Navigate to Reports > Communications > Email Metrics.  Select the Automated tab. Choose a date range which you want to analyze, then select a specific automated email from the drop down menu or keep All Email Types to view all. Click on Run Report. 

The online export will show the club location and each automated system email name, subject, and email address it was sent to within your selected date range. The row headers include:
Sent - number of emails sent 
Opened - number of emails that were opened
Open rate - percentage that tells you how many successfully delivered campaigns were opened by subscribers
Clicked - if the email contained a link that the customer clicked
Click Through Rate - percentage that tells you how many successfully delivered campaigns registered at least one click
Adjusted click through rate - this is the number of clicked/ number of open
Bounced - number of emails that bounced
Unsubscribed - number of users that unsubscribed from emails after receiving this email
Spam reported - number of users that reported this email as spam

To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.



Work It Email Metrics


The Work It Emails report will list staff members and the types of Work It emails they sent out within a given date range. 





Navigate to Reports > Communications > Email Metrics.  Select the Work It tab. Choose a date range which you want to analyze, then you have the option to select a specific customer by typing in Customer UserID. To view all Work It emails regardless of customer, do not type in a customer Id. Click on Run Report. To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.





The online report will show the staff member name and club location (if part of a multi-club environment). 
Sent - number of emails sent 
Delivered - number of emails that were delivered to the recipients 
Opened- number of emails sent that were opened
Clicked - if the email contained a link, this is the number of links clicked
Bounced - number of emails that bounced
Unsubscribed - number of users that unsubscribed from emails after receiving this email
Spam reported - number of users that reported this email as spam
