This article will guide you in setting your similar user settings. These settings will be the default checks when adding a new prospect to help prevent adding duplicate profiles. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permission: 

• Club Setup: Can access setup
• Club Setup: Can access sales scripts setup
  

Setting Profile Options To Check For Similar Users

To set your similar user settings, go to; Setup > Leads > Similar User Settings. Select Yes next to each of the profile options that you wish to check for duplicates by default. 

When adding a new prospect, you will be able to customize each search regardless of the defaults by selecting or un-selecting boxes as desired.
