The ClubReady Team app allows staff members to manage their classes and services as well as add new leads.
* We are currently aware of two errors in the ClubReady Team App. At this time the staff barcode is not showing in the app and staff member are unable to switch between locations to view multiple club schedules. We apologize for this inconvenience, and if you would like to open a ticket regarding the errors with this app you may do so by emailing support@clubready.com.
Downloading The ClubReady Team App
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Download The AppThe ClubReady Team App is available for download from the Google Play Store (Andriod) and the iTunes App Store (iPhone)
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Retrieve A Forgotten PasswordStaff members use their username and password in ClubReady to log in to the ClubReady Team App. If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password link in the app to have your password sent to your email address.

Navigating The ClubReady Team App
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Update Your Personal SettingsOnce logged in to the Team App, select the picture next to your name in the upper left corner. From there, you can update your personal settings, view your hours worked, block off time as unavailable.
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - Dashboard OverviewOnce logged in to the Team App, the Dashboard will show by default. On the dashboard you will see the gears icon to select widgets, your name, and any widgets that have already been added.
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Enable Mobile Widgets For Staff Types To manage which mobile widgets are available for staff members to use in the Team App, in ClubReady you will navigate to Setup > Staff > Staff & Permissions > Edit Pencil next to the Staff Type > Mobile Widgets > Select Toggle to On

Scheduling Using The ClubReady Team App
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Book Into A ClassOnce you are logged in to the app, select Classes > My Classes > Add Attendee > OK
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Book A Service Once you are logged in to the app, select Members > Search by Member Name > Select Member > Action > Book Service > Select Date and Time > OK
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Cancel A Class or Service BookingTo cancel a Class booking, once you are logged in to the app, select Classes > select the desired class and attendee > Cancel > OK

To cancel a Service booking, once you are logged in to the app, use the My Schedule Widget on the Dashboard. Use the calendar to locate the date of the booking > Select the desired service > Cancel > OK
Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To View Member Booking History Once you are logged in to the app, select Members > Search by Member Name > Select Member > Bookings > this will display their Booking Hisotry
