Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Book A Service
This article will guide you through scheduling a service booking for a member using the ClubReady Team Mobile App. 

Requirements - Staff will need to have the ClubReady App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by their club. 



Accessing Services


Log into the ClubReady Team Mobile App using your username and password.





The app will take you to the dashboard screen by default. To add a new service booking from the App, select the Members icon in the Navigation Bar.

Schedule A Booking 






Search and select the member you will be booking for a service. 





Once member has been selected, it will display by default their Available Credits. To make a booking for this member, click on Action





Choose to book them into a class or service. Click on Book Service to proceed.

Choose the date and time below. Select the session type and session length for the new service booking. 





Click on OK to confirm the new booking. The service has now been scheduled and added to your calendar.
