This article will guide you through viewing a member's booking history from the ClubReady Team Mobile App.
Requirements - Staff will need to have the ClubReady App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by their club.
Accessing Member Booking History
Log into the ClubReady Team Mobile App using your username and password.
The app will take you to the dashboard screen by default. To view a member's booking history from the App, select the Members icon in the Navigation Bar.

Search and select the member.

From their account, select the
Bookings option. This screen will display their
Booking History with date and session type. You can choose the
Action button to book them into a service or a class.
