Sending An Email Blast To Past Due Clients
1. Open the Past Dues Manager

Open the past dues manager by going to Members/Customers > Manage Past Dues. The past dues manager allows you to view a list of all
members with a past due balance, whether they be active, inactive, or
associated members. This does not include any 3rd party status
agreements, as those invoices are considered cancelled.
Open up your filters to narrow down your past dues list by clicking on the 3 lines next to Past Dues Lookup. From here you can show clients in collections status, reasons for being past due, days past due, staff assigned for retention, and if they have had any contact recently.
2. Create and Send the Email Blast

Use the Email tab to the right of the past due client list to start creating your email.
Reply To - This will be the default reply to address. You can change this address by using the edit pencil.
Subject - Type in a subject for this past due email blast. You can use the tags [firstname] and [lastname] to have the client's name populate in the email subject.
Email Template - This will be the default email template for a Past Due Email Blast. Click view template to see how it looks, or click on change to select a different template. Click to learn about assigning a default template or creating a new template.
Purpose - Assign a purpose for this email blast. If using LeadSpeak, activity reports can be run.
Now type in the content for your email (only if your selected email template contains a [content] tag). You can then Send Email Blast: Now, In 2 hrs, In 4 hrs, or Schedule It For Later Date up to 2 weeks out. Your email blast will then be sent to any of your selected past due clients who have valid email addresses and who have not opted out of emails.
