This article will guide you through deleting a Brivo card from a member's account. This process can be completed from the user's profile or Door Access settings page. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
- Member Management : General - Can access client options
- Club Setup - Can access setup
- Club Setup - Can access door access setup
Accessing Member's Account

Find the Prospect or Member/Customer you wish to delete a barcode from. Click on
All Detail > Check-in > Door Access Setup. Delete Card From Member's Account

By default, you will be taken to the
Cards tab showing you all cards assigned to the user. Click on the red
x for the card you want to remove.
Accessing Door Access Settings
To locate Brivo Door Access Setup, navigate to
Setup > General > Door Access. Deleting Card from Door Access Settings

The Search will allow you to search for
All cards,
Assigned cards and
Unassigned cards. You can also search by selecting the drop down to filter by cards Facility Code and Format. Once you have found the user, click on the red
x to remove the card.
