This article is an overview of the Gross Sales Analysis Report. This report is a summary of the transactions for a specified date range, but broken down further within each category. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
Accessing and Generating the Gross Sales Analysis Report![]() To access your Gross Sales Analysis Report navigate to Reports > Sales > Gross Sales > Analysis. To generate your report, select your Date Range or choose a Preset Date Range > click Run Report. This report will include the following filters: Filter by Employee Associated with Sale - Option to select a specific staff member Exclude / Include / Show Only $0 Invoices - configure the report to include / exclude / only show $0 invoices Client UserID (optional) - shows all invoices related to a specific client Pending Refunds Date - Select to view Refund Attempted Date or Released Date (when the refund was 100% completed). Show Drafted Downpayments as - If a down payment was drafted, this will allow you to configure how these show within the report. Understanding your Report![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Gross Sales Analysis is a summary of the transactions, but broken down further within each category. There will be a summary per invoice detail broken out by: Down (down on day of purchase), Draft (invoice due in future), In Club, EFT Total, Payments Total, % of Gross and Sales Tax. Paid Up Front - amount paid at the time of the sale Deferred - total of payments that have been deferred Down Total - Total of the Paid Up Front and Deferred payments Draft - invoices due in the future In Club - Invoices paid within the club's POS EFT Total - The total of the Draft and In Club payments Payments Total - Sum of the Down and EFT Totals % of Gross Sales - the percentage of the Gross sales per category Sales Tax - Sales tax charged for each category To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
