How To Connect Your Zipwhip Integration

This article will guide you through connecting your Zipwhip integration.
Integration Console
1. Go to your Web App
2. Click the top right-hand corner menu
3. Click on Admin Console
4. Find Integrations on the left-hand side
5. Click on ClubReady
6. Input your ClubReady Zipwhip Integration key (Click HERE to learn how to locate)
7. Click Set Automatic Notifications
You will notice two tabs: Class Reminders & Waitlist Texts.
Class Reminders
1. Check off "enabled class reminders via text message".
2. If you want reminders for intro classes ONLY, check off "only if class's name has one of keywords below" and write INTRO.
3. If you want reminders for ALL classes, leave that box unchecked
TIPS: The [First Name] [Title] [Date & Time] and [Instructor] are all dynamic fields that will pull this information into the text based on the class. All you have to do is fill in the blank fields.
PLEASE NOTE: Include punctuation in the second fill-in section based on your style (e.g. period mark or exclamation mark). Example: The automated text will transform the following SMS message: Hi Tom! You are booked for Reformer Flow on Wednesday, May 17 4-5pm with Heidi"
Waitlist Notifications
1. Toggle to the waitlist notifications tab to the right of "class reminders"
2. Check off "enable waitlist notifications via text"
