Emma Integration: Frequently Asked Questions


1. When does the integration sync? 
  • The integration will sync overnight. You also have the option to manually sync from your accounts Connect section by clicking Sync Now.

2. How do I edit my sync settings? 
  • You can edit the sync by navigating back to the Connect page and just clicking on Edit. You can then follow the steps outlined above to make any necessary adjustments.

3. Why am I seeing errors for the sync? 
  • You are likely seeing those errors due to field mapping issues. Please make sure that the fields used by the integration have not been archived.

4. How do opt-outs sync? 
  • Opt-outs will sync from ClubReady to Emma, but your Emma opt-outs will not sync to ClubReady. The reason for that is because we do not wish to opt your clients out of transactional or class-related emails if they are only wishing to opt-out of marketing communications.

5. How can I utilize the automation feature with this integration? 
  • You can utilize either date-based or field change as a trigger type to trigger automated campaigns for your ClubReady clients.

6. How long of a wait time should I set for date-based automation? 
  • Due to the way the sync functions, we recommend setting at least a two-day wait time for date-based automations to ensure everyone has had sufficient time to sync.
